Make smart decisions, stay safe
Welcome to Activity 2! This activity is all about bushfires and learning how to make smart choices to reduce risk and stay safe. Bushfires are a big part of living in Australia, and knowing what to do can make all the difference. Get ready to explore, play, and learn how to be bushfire ready!

Bushfire basics: Quick facts
Bushfires need three things to burn: fuel (like dry grass and trees), heat, and windy/dry conditions. They spread super fast when it's hot, dry, and windy. Bushfires can be dangerous, harming people and environments with flames, smoke, and embers. But don't worry, there are smart actions you can take to stay safe, like listening to warnings, staying with an adult, and following a family plan. Now, it's time to test your decision-making skills!
